Welcome to Stratvesting (a DBA of M66 Capital Trading LLC). By accessing or using our website, services, financial publications, data feeds, model portfolios, and educational content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.

4. Intellectual Property and Limited License

5. Payments, Membership Terms, and Expirations
One-Time Upfront Payments: Access to Stratvesting’s financial publications, premium tools, data feeds, and customized training/educational packages requires an upfront, one-time payment. We do not offer auto-recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. All fees are paid in advance at the time of purchase.
Membership Term & Expirations: Annual Membership: Provides access to the platform and publications for exactly twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, after which access will automatically expire. Custom Training & Education Packages: Includes custom educational instruction plus a standard twelve (12) month annual membership. The membership portion will automatically expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Renewal Requirement: Upon expiration of your membership term, continued access to the Services requires the voluntary purchase of a new membership package.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Because all memberships and custom educational packages are paid upfront for a fixed term, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law or stated in writing at the time of purchase. Early termination of your use of the Services prior to the end of your one-year term will not entitle you to a partial or pro-rated refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratvesting, M66 Capital Trading LLC, its owners, officers, managers, members, employees, affiliates, and contributors shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:
– Your access to, reliance upon, or use of (or inability to use) our publications, model strategies, options setups, or data feeds.
– Any trading or investment losses, missed opportunities, or business interruptions resulting from information published by Stratvesting.
– Errors, delays in operation, transmission failures, or temporary unavailability of the Services.
7. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stratvesting, M66 Capital Trading LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your execution of trading decisions based on information accessed through the Services.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, safety, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You explicitly agree that any legal claim, dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, Stratvesting, or M66 Capital Trading LLC shall be brought and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas (or the applicable state/federal court of jurisdiction within Texas). You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
10. Modifications to Terms
M66 Capital Trading LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
